Sensitive sensors for automatic operation
With Becker's smart home central controller, CentralControl, you can control your home's shades in one system or independently. The motors for blinds, shades, shutters or awnings, as well as the built-in sensors, can be easily integrated into CentralControl. The sensors transmit signals directly to the central unit and if the predefined values are exceeded or not reached, the system responds and independently performs the appropriate action. For example: if the sunlight is too strong, the awning will open and/or the blinds will lower on the affected side of the house. So you have nothing to do, as the system does everything for you. It will be especially comfortable when you come home to a cool home on a hot summer's day. A positive "side effect" is that it saves you the high energy and costs of air conditioning, and prevents sun damage to furniture and floors.
Of course, Becker's sensors also detect changes in the weather. For example, in case of rain or strong winds, the SC911 wind/light/rain sensor provides the right protection. It detects all potential risks in order to protect the awning and other shading systems from possible damage. For example, it retracts the awning - if it rains too much or the wind is too strong - and lowers the appropriate blinds to protect the windows.

The C12 Series radio-integrated tube motor is compatible with a wide range of shading systems, whether for hinged or cassette shades, but is also ideal for indoor or conservatory shading and is perfectly matched to Becker sensors. Thanks to the integrated radio receiver, it is also possible to integrate the motor directly into the CentralControl.
The C12 motors have a blocking protection feature that fully protects the awning from damage when opening or closing, and even opens back up if an obstruction is detected. In addition, end position adjustment is extremely simple and two freely selectable intermediate positions can be programmed. Two other attractive features of the motor are the awning tensioning function, which ensures that the awning/textile is taut, and the fine stop function, which ensures that the awning does not get too tight around the shaft when retracted. In addition, the motor has a special increased closing force for installation in cassette awnings.
